it was dad’s birthday yesterday and this was the first year that i’ve not been able to buy him a present or shout happy birthday down the phone - i have a million memories of him but i wish i could have had so many more, i miss him like mad. here’s 3 little known (and purposefully unsentimental) things about my dad…
* he passed out on the kitchen floor after too much booze on his 60th birthday
* he loved chelsea fc so much that one of his tattoos read, ‘hutch is too much osgood is good ’
* he had the most beautiful handwriting ever
